What trip to Niagara would be complete, without a drive along the Welland Canals Parkway? After your visit to the Welland Canals Centre at Lock 3, continue your journey up the escarpment to Thorold.

Here, at the Twin Flight Locks (Locks 4, 5 & 6), you’ll watch as the quiet giants of the waterway complete their largest climb up the mountain. It is not impossible to see six vessels in the Twin Flight Locks at once. Just a few minutes away is the summit Lock of the entire system, Lock 7. The Lock 7 Viewing Complex boasts a breathtaking, panoramic view of the lock system.

 During your tour to the Complex, don’t forget to visit the legendary Kissing Rock.
